One of my favorite from Lang Lee's II in Orland Park, IL. This is not their recipe, but close to it.

Ingredients For bali maki (oriental beef sticks)

1/2 cplum sauce

2 tspsoy sauce, low sodium

3 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 tspginger powder

1/4 tspchili pepper, minced

1 1/2 lblean beef strips

8 - 12skewers, soaked in oil
How To Make bali maki (oriental beef sticks)

1Combine all ingredients (except beef & skewers); mix well.

2In a large ziplock bag, marinade beef strips in mixture for at least 3 hours for flavors to marry.

3Prepare a fire in a grill to a high heat.

4Push beef strips onto 8 - 12 oiled bamboo skewers. Reserve marinade.

5Brush marinade over meat. Cook skewers for 3 - 4 minutes, flip & cook skewers for 3 - 4 minutes each side, brushing repeatedly with the marinade. Discard any left over marinade.
