Ingredients For baked tacos

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    diced onion
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 10 oz
    can tomato condensed soup
  • 1 pkg
    taco mix
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12
    flat bottom taco shells
  • GARNISHES:
  • 1/2 head lettuce,shredded
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • sour cream
  • avocado slices

How To Make baked tacos

  • 1
    Heat oven to 375^. In a large skillet, brown meat, onion, and garlic until meat is no longer pink, about 8 minutes; drain. Stir in undiluted soup and taco mix packet; heat through. Spoon mixture into standing taco shells in baking pan, and top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with garnishes.
