My sister always made this goulash. I have served it to guests and they gobble it down. It is easy and very good eats.

Ingredients For baked goulash

1 lbground beef, lean

1 mdonion, chopped

1 lbtomatoes
-
1 tspitalian seasoning
-
1 cmacaroni, dry
-
salt & pepper to taste

1/2 clovegarlic, minced
How To Make baked goulash

1Cook macaroni till al dente.

2Brown ground beef with onion. Add tomatoes, garlic, Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper and cooked macaroni. Stir.

3Pour into casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or till hot and bubbly.

4Cheddar cheese can be sprinkled on top before baking, or put in goulash when plated.
