This is the easiest, tastyist beef stew I have ever made! I adapted it from a Taste of Home recipe to suit our likes. Give it a try, I'm sure you'll love it.

Ingredients For baked beef stew

1 candiced tomatoes

1 canbeef broth
-
3 Tbspquick-cooking tapioca

1 1/2 tspseasoned salt

2 lbstew meat

6 mdwhite potatoes with skin on, cut into quarters

5 mdcarrots cut in 3/4 inch chunks

1 mdonion, cut into chunks

1/2 csoft bread crumbs
How To Make baked beef stew

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a small roaster with lid.

2Mix together the first 4 ingredients, set aside while you prepare the veggies.

3Add the stew meat, potatoes, carrots, onion and soft bread crumbs.

4Put everything into the roaster.

5Cover and cook for 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove cover, stir everything and put it back into the oven with the cover off, for about 15 more minutes, or until meat and veggies are cooked.
