    5-6 lb. chuck roast
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 4 c
    ginger ale
  • 3 c
    catsup
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    lemon juice
  • buns

How To Make bake-all-day barbecue beef

  • 1
    Place roast in a large roasting pan. Combine next 10 ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 6-8 hours or until tender. Shred meat and serve on buns. Makes 12 servings.
