Ingredients For bacon wrapped meatloaf
- MEATLOAF

2 lblean ground beef

2eggs slightly beaten

1diced yellow onion
-
1diced bell pepper
-
2slices of white bread torn into pieces (i use the end pieces)

1/2 cketchup

112 oz package of bacon
-
salt and pepper to taste
- SAUCE
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 cketchup
-
2-3 dashworcestershire sauce
How To Make bacon wrapped meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl combine all ingredients for meatloaf, except for bacon and mix well. Form into a loaf and begin wrapping the loaf with bacon strips pulling tightly trying not to leave space between the bacon strips but not overlapping them too much either. bake for 45 minutes in a shallow baking dish

2Take meatloaf out of oven after 45 minutes and brush with the combined sauce ingredients, put back in oven and finish baking another 45 minutes or until center of loaf is no longer pink.
