Ingredients For bacon sushi

7 slicebacon

1 lbground beef
-
1 tspeach salt and garlic powder

1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1 mdonion sliced thinly
-
4sharp cheddar cheese sticks

favorite bbq sauce
How To Make bacon sushi

1Get out a sushi mat. Lay the bacon on the mat.

2Top the bacon with the ground beef and season with salt pepper and garlic powder

3Sprinkle the onions over top
-
4Place 4 cheese sticks at one end.

5using the mat roll up sushi style then close in the ends

6Place on foil lined baking sheet and brush with BBQ sauce

7Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Basting with BBQ sauce twice.

8Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes then cut into sushi pieces
