  if you are making your mashed potatoes from scratch, start boiling your potatoes before you start your meat.

  in a large bowl combine the meat, bacon, cheese and sour cream. mix until well combined. pour into sprayed 2 quart casserole dish. top with mashed potatoes.

  bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. serve and eat with your favorite vegetables.
