2 1/2 lbbeef brisket, cubed

1/3 tspbrown sugar

1/3 tspdry mustard

2 1/2 Tbspground cumin

6 Tbspchili powder

1 1/4 cwater

12 ozbeer

1beef bouillon cube
-
salt and pepper to taste

8 oztomato sauce

2 Tbspgreen chiles, diced

2garlic cloves, minced

2 Tbspoil

1 lgonion, coarsely chopped

1 lblean pork, ground

pinchoregano
How To Make award winning chili

1In a large kettle or dutch oven, brown the beef, pork and onions in hot oil.

2Add salt and pepper to taste.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Stir well.

5Cover and simmer 3 to 4 hours, until meat is tender and chili is thick and bubbly.
