I CAME UP WITH THIS WHEN I THAWED THE WRONG MEAT. WHEN I SEEN GROUND BEEF I WAS LIKE, WELL I GUESS MEATLOAF IT IS. SO I PLAYED AND CAME UP WITH THIS, IT IS NOW THE ONLY MEATLOAF I MAKE.

1/3 cquick-cooking oats

1egg slightly beaten

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1/2 tspfresh grated ginger

1/4 ccanned chopped water chestnuts

1 ccooked long grain brown rice

1IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT SESAME SEEDS. FORM INTO A 6 INCH ROUND LOAF, PRESS SESAME SEEDS INTO THE TOP OF THE LOAF. PLACE LOAF IN SLOW COOKER. COOK ON LOW FOR 4 HOURS. REMOVE FROM SLOW COOKER, LET SET 10-15 MINUTES AND SLICE.
