  • NOODLES
  • 8 oz
    rice noodles
  • STIR FRY
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 sm
    onion diced
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger minced
  • 4
    green onions diced
  • 4 oz
    shittake mushrooms diced
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • SAUCE
  • 2 Tbsp
    hoisin sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    saki
  • 3 Tbsp
    dark soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    each toasted sesame oil and white pepper
  • GARNISH
  • fresh cilantro chopped

How To Make asian burger noodle bowl

  • 1
    Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside. Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.

    In a wok or large skillet add the oil. Add the onion, garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms stir fry another 3 minutes. Add the ground beef and green onions. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Add the sauce and cook until heated through.

    Serve over the noodles and garnish with cilantro
