How To Make asian burger noodle bowl

1Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside. Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.

2In a wok or large skillet add the oil. Add the onion, garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms stir fry another 3 minutes. Add the ground beef and green onions. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Add the sauce and cook until heated through.

3Serve over the noodles and garnish with cilantro
