Ingredients For arroz con picadillo

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 lg
    onion, diced
  • 1 lg
    bell pepper, diced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 can
    8 oz, tomato sauce
  • 1 1/4 c
    dry cooking wine
  • salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1 pkg
    goya sazon if you can get it.
  • spanish salad olives, about 3 tablespoons, no pits

How To Make arroz con picadillo

  • 1
    In a semi-deep pan, cook meat, onions, peppers, garlic, and olives. Drain fat.
  • 2
    add all other ingredients and cook on low for about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve over white rice.
