Ingredients For amazing taco cassarole

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 1 1/4 c
    water
  • 8 oz
    sour cream (use a little more if u substitute biscuts for crescent rolls)
  • 1 pkg
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg
    crescent rolls
  • 1/2 pkg
    crushed doritos
  • toppings if interested... lettuce, olives etc.

How To Make amazing taco cassarole

    Brown hamburger. Drain.
  • 2
    Add taco seasoning and 1 1/4 cups water. Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add sour cream and simmer a few minutes.

    Spray 9x13 pan and spread out crescent rolls across pan.

    Layer hamburger/sour cream mixture on top of crescents. Top with both cheeses.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Add crushed doritos on top and bake another 7-10 minutes.
