Ingredients For amarillo chili mac

  • 2 1/2 lb
    raw elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/4 lb
    ground beef
  • 8 c
    chili, purchased or homemade
  • 6 c
    stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 46-oz can
    tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make amarillo chili mac

  • 1
    Cook the macaroni until tender.
  • 2
    Brown the ground beef and drain off the excess grease.
  • 3
    Heat the chili to 165°F.
  • 4
    In a large pot combine the macaroni, ground beef, and all remaining ingredients together. Heat to 165°F and serve.
