Ingredients For 7-layer casserole

    ground beef
  • 3 lg
    carrots, sliced
  • 3 stalk
    celery, chopped
  • 1 lg
    potatoes, thinly sliced

    onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz
    can mushrooms, drained
  • 1
    green pepper, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp
    basil
  • 1/4 tsp
    tarragon
  • 1 can
    cream of tomato soup

How To Make 7-layer casserole

    In a 9x13-inch baking pan, layer ingredients in order listed. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
