Ingredients For 5 hour oven beef stew

  • 2 lb
    stewing beef
  • 6 md
    potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 lg
    bag of baby carrots
  • 1 lg
    onion peeled and quartered
  • 4 stick
    celery cut into bite size pcs.
  • 2 can
    stewed tomatoes
  • minute tapioca
  • salt & pepper

How To Make 5 hour oven beef stew

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 250 degrees Toss first six ingredients in a roaster pan....then add about 5 palm fulls of tapioca and salt & pepper to taste Toss again and cover Bake for 5 hours and enjoy with some homemade biscuits!
