1For stir fry sauce ,mix all small ingeredients in a small bowl set aside

2For stir fry In a large skillet or wok stir-fry chicken and garlic in hot oil until browned.Add vegatables,cover and cook 5 min.(longer if vegatables are frozen)stir occasionally.Cookuntil vegatables are tender,but still crisp.Stir in sauce,cook until, thickens.Serve over warm rice
