1 tspbeef bouillon granuals

1 cboiling water

2 Tbspcornstarch

1/3 csoy sauce
-
1 lbboneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 tspground ginger
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
2 Tbspcanola oil
-
1 lggreen pepper, julienned

1 csliced carrots
-
5green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces

hot cooked rice
How To Make steak stir fry

1Dissolve bouillon in water. Combine the cornstarch and soy sauce until smooth; add to bouillon. Set aside. Toss beef with garlic, ginger, and pepper. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, stir fry beef in 1 tablespoon of oil until meat is no longer pink; remove and keep warm.

2Heat remaining oil; stir fry vegetables until crisp-tender. Stir soy sauce mixture and add to skillet; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Return meat to the pan and heat through. Serve with rice.
