Ingredients For soya granules

1 csoya granules

0.25 conion, finely chopped

1 clovegarlic, finely choped

0.25 cpeas, cooked

coriander
-
1 tspcumin seeds

1 tspred chilli powder

2 Tbspcrushed groundnut

1 tspturmeric powder
How To Make soya granules

1Soak the soya granules ( 1 cup) in 2 cups of hot water for 2-3 mins. Strain off the hot water. Add cold water to the soya such that the granules separate out. Squeeze all the water from the soya granules and keep it in a separate dish.

2Fry chopped onions till golden brown and add cumon seeds, chopped garlic in medium flame till oil separates from it. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, crushed groundnuts. Add cooked peas.

3Add the soya to the above mixture. Add salt to taste. Cook it for 10 mins.
