1 tsponion powder

1 tsplime zest

1 tsplemon grass

8 ozlinguine, uncooked

2 cchicken broth, unsalted

1/2 cpad thai prepared sauce

2 cbean sprouts, fresh

1/4 cgreen onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cpeanuts, coarsely chopped
How To Make quick chicken pad thai

1Combine garlic, paprika, onion powder, lime zest and lemon grass in a small bowl.

2Dice chicken into 1/2 in. cubes.

3Combine spices and chicken together in a large microwave safe bowl. Mix well. Microwave, covered, on high, 4 min. Stir to separate.

4Break noodles in half. Add noodles and broth to bowl. Microwave, covered, on high 14 - 16 min. until noodles are tender. Stir twice during cooking

5Add sauce and stir. Microwave on high 2 min. to heat sauce. Add bean sprouts. Stir. Garnish with green onions and nuts.
