Ingredients For peppered steak

1 1/2 lbboneless beef sirloin steak

2 mdonion

2 mdgreen pepper

1 smred pepper

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 canbeef gravy 14.5 oz

3/4 tspgarlic powder

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

How To Make peppered steak

1Slice beef in thin strips and sauté in 1 tbs. of oil about 10 min. Remove beef and set aside.

2Thinly slice vegetables lengthwise while beef is cooking. Add to pan with 1 tbs. oil. Cook until tender but still crisp. Add beef gravy, Worcestershire, garlic, beef. Heat over med. low 10 min. Then serve over rice.
