this dish you can use any of your fave meat or seafood or if your a veggie person you can use tofu in place of meat.I love to use shrimp and chicken.

Ingredients For pad thai

  • 1 lb
    chicken breast
  • 1 lb
    lrg shrimp
  • 3 c
    broccoli florets
  • 1 lg
    yellow onions
  • 4 sprig
    green onion
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    pad thai sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce, light
  • 2 tsp
    fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 pkg
    noodles

How To Make pad thai

  • 1
    slice chicken breast,add to hot oil stir til done.In the mean time boil water for noodles when water start to boil turn stove off add noodles to hot water for 10 min then drain then, set aside.

    now add onions ,garlic,broccoli and all your sauces to the chicken stir in the eggs wait 2 min then stir again add shrimp cook 5 min then turn off stove. Now you can stir in the noodles if you need you can add more sauce, pinch some crush red peppers and garnish w/ cilentro

    w/cilentro and lime slices! ENJOY!
