lettuce wraps

From a co-worker, and it's just quick and delicious. No dipping sauce needed. I have found that it's best made fresh. Making the filling in advance and reheating even later the same day is not quite as good. Turkey could be cooked in advance, however.

2Cook the above together 3-4 minutes until heated through and mixed together.
-
3Serve atop iceberg lettuce leaves with shredded carrots (1 cup) and chopped peanuts (1/4 cup).

4No dipping sauce is needed; perfect balance of flavors and it’s easy to make it spicier or less spicy, as you prefer. This makes a nice appetizer for 6-8 people or can be used as a main course for 2-4 people.
