1 1/2 lbsirlion steak; thinly sliced

2green bell peppers; cut into bite size pieces

1yellow onion; cut intp bite size pieces

1 can12 oz diced tomatoes, drained

2 cwater

1/4 cvegetable oil

1/2 tspground ginger
-
1 tspgarlic salt
-
1 Tbspgranulated sugar
-
2 Tbspcorn starch
-
4 Tbspsoy sauce

How To Make frank's chinese pepper steak

1Heat oil in large skillet until very hot. Add the meat and stir fry until nicely browned. Add the onion,water, garlic salt, and ginger. Bring mixture to a boil, cover and cook about 5 minutes. Add the bell peppers, cover, and cook about 5 more minutes or until peppers are tender. Add the tomatoes.Slide off burner until you add corn starch mixture.

2Combine the sugar, corn starch, and soy sauce in a small bowl and whisk together until well combined. Add the mixture to the meat and pepper mixture, slide back on burner on medium/high heat and bring to a boil. Continue to cook, uncovered, until the sauce thickens. Serve over Steamed Rice.
