Ingredients For egg rolls

1 lbground pork
-
1 lbground beef
-
1/4 cchopped water chestnuts
-
1/4 cmushrooms, chopped

1/2 conions, chopped
-
1 pinchsalt and pepper
-
1 dashsoy sauce, to taste

3 lgegg yolks
-
1 pkgegg roll wrappers
-
1 boxcornstarch, only need enough to seal wrappers

1 bottlecooking oil, enough to fry egg rolls
How To Make egg rolls

1combine all ingredients except wrappers and cornstarch in skillet and cook until meat is done.

2Wrap mixture in egg roll wrappers, and seal wrappers with moist cornstarch.

3Fry in oil until golden brown.
