Ingredients For chop suey casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1 c
    bean sprouts
  • 1 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/8 c
    soy sauce

How To Make chop suey casserole

  • 1
    brown ground beef but only until no longer pink and then drain
  • 2
    Saute ground beef, onion, celery together
  • 3
    Add Cooked rice and other ingredients...to beef mixture...mix well and pour into 9x13 casserole dish
  • 4
    Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour
