Ingredients For chicken stir-fry

1 Tbspcornstarch

1 Tbspkikoman soy sauce

2 clovegarlic minced

1/8 tspground ginger

3 Tbspkikoman soy sauce

3/4 cwater
-
1 Tbspcornstarch
-
3 Tbspbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/4 cthinly sliced carrots
-
3organic free range chicken breasts thinly sliced
-
2 cbroccoli florets
-
1white onion quartered
-
1green bell pepper chopped
-
1 canwater chestnuts
How To Make chicken stir-fry

1Mix 1st four ingredients add in the thinly sliced chicken, marinade for 15 minutes.

2Combine next 4 ingredients in a measuring cup and set aside.

3Stir fry the chicken in 1 tbsp coconut oil for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside. Stir fry the vegetables in 1 tbsp of coconut oil for about 7 minutes. Pour sauce over the vegetables and add the chicken in. Boil until all veggies and chicken are fully cooked. Serve with my fried rice recipe! Enjoy!
