Ingredients For chardonnay chops

4thin cut pork chops
-
1 pinchsalt and pepper

1 Tbspminced garlic
-
1 tspminced ginger
-
1 tspsesame seeds

1/4 cchardonnay
-
2 Tbspflour
-
1/2 cwhite onion
-
1 lgred pepper
-
1 Tbspgarlic and herb seasoning

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make chardonnay chops

1heat olive oil in a pan on med. place minced garlic and sesame seeds in pan for 1 min. stir to avoid overcooking

2rinse thin cut pork chops, sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic and herb then and place in pan brown on each side for 5 mins.

3after 2nd side is browned toss in onions and red peppers.

4mix chardonnay and ginger in a small cup then pour over pork chops.

5continue to cook for 5 more minutes. then remove 90% of pork, peppers and onions from the pan.

6stir flour into pan to make a gravy sauce then add pork chops back into sauce

7simmer for 2 minutes then serve
