Ingredients For chardonnay chops

  • 4
    thin cut pork chops
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 tsp
    minced ginger
  • 1 tsp
    sesame seeds
  • 1/4 c
    chardonnay
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    white onion
  • 1 lg
    red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic and herb seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make chardonnay chops

  • 1
    heat olive oil in a pan on med. place minced garlic and sesame seeds in pan for 1 min. stir to avoid overcooking
  • 2
    rinse thin cut pork chops, sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic and herb then and place in pan brown on each side for 5 mins.

    after 2nd side is browned toss in onions and red peppers.

    mix chardonnay and ginger in a small cup then pour over pork chops.

    continue to cook for 5 more minutes. then remove 90% of pork, peppers and onions from the pan.

    stir flour into pan to make a gravy sauce then add pork chops back into sauce

    simmer for 2 minutes then serve
