Ingredients For beef kwangton

1 1/2 tsppeanut oil

1 sliceginger root, 1/2" thick

1 lbbeef in thin strips

4 ozbamboo shoots, sliced

3 ozsnow peas
-
1/2 cchicken broth
-
2 Tbspoyster sauce
-
1/2 tspsoy sauce
-
1/4 tspsesame oil
-
1/4 tspsugar
-
1/2 tspcornstarch mixed with 1/2 teaspoon water
How To Make beef kwangton

1Preheat wok or frying pan and add peanut oil. Add ginger and stir to add flavor to oil. Discard ginger.

2Add beef and stir fry 2 minutes. Add bamboo shoots, mushrooms, snow peas and broth. Cover and cook 2 minutes.

3Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar. Thicken with cornstarch mixture.

4Serve immediately over rice.
