I had this once and absolutely had to make it my own....can be eaten alone or over rice.

Ingredients For bean sprout slaw

1 pkgbean sprouts, fresh

1 bunchscallions
-
1 mdcarrot, shredded

1 tspolive oil
-
1 Tbsptoasted sesame seeds

1 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 pinchred pepper flakes
How To Make bean sprout slaw

1steam the bean sprouts for about 5 mins... just to soften a bit

2meanwhile, in a skillet add oil, saute the scallions and shredded carrots. ( a couple mins)

3drain sprouts, stir in...add the rest of the ingredients.... and that's it...so simple and delicious serve alone (drain) or over rice ( don't drain)
