Ingredients For bang bang shrimp

1 lbshrimp, (small, 51 to 60 per pound) shelled and de-veined

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/4 cthai sweet chili sauce

3 to 5 dashhot chili sauce, a few drops or to taste (sriracha)

3/4 ccornstarch, to coat the shrimp
How To Make bang bang shrimp

1Mix mayo and sauces in a medium bowl. Set aside.

2Dredge shrimp in cornstarch.

3Deep fat fry the shrimp until lightly brown.

4Drain on paper towel, put shrimp in a bowl and gently toss with the sauce.

5Serve in a lettuce - lined bowl or cup. Top with chopped scallions.
