Ingredients For asian lamb chops

3 Tbspdark sesame oil

6thick shoulder-cut lamb chops,trimmed of excess fat

3/4 cfinely chopped yellow onion

3 clovegarlic,peeled and minced

3 Tbspsoy sauce
-
3 Tbspchile paste
-
3/4 ctart orange marmalade

1 1/2 Tbsprice wine vinegar
-
1 Tbspminced fresh ginger
How To Make asian lamb chops

1Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chops and brown them lightly on both sides. Transfer the chops to paper towels to drain.

2Add the onion and garlic and cook,covered over low heat until tender and lightly colored, 20 minutes.

3Add the soy sauce,chili paste, marmalade,vinegar and ginger. Simmer for 2 minutes,stirring constantly.

4Return the chops to the skillet,cover,and cook over low heat,turning once,until done, about 7 minutes. Serve immediately, spooning the sauce over the chops.
