Ingredients For all veggie stir fry

  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 sm
    head green cabbage -- chopped
  • 1 sm
    white onion -- halved & sliced
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper -- sliced
  • 1 c
    fresh mushrooms
  • 1 sm
    turnip -- chopped
  • 1 can
    la choy fancy bean sprouts
  • STIR FRY SAUCE
  • 2 c
    vegetable broth
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    chinese five spice
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne powder

How To Make all veggie stir fry

  • 1
    Have all the vegetables prepared and ready to cook.

    Place a wok or a wide frying pan over a medium heat. Add the oil and swirl around the wok to coat.

    Add the onions, cabbage, turnip, and stir-fry for a minute.
  • 4
    Then add the rest of your veggies and stir-fry for another couple of minutes until the veggies begins to soften.

    Then you want to mix all all the ingredients for your stir-fry sauce in small bowl. Pour over stir fry just a few minutes to thicken after vegetables are done.
