INGREDIENTS

1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
•
1 can Sweetened Condensed milk
•
1 egg
•
1/2 tsp. salt (I cut in half)
•
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
•
1/2 tsp. ginger
•
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
•
(I also add generous dashes of pumpkin pie spice in addition)
