Cheddar cheese curds (I found mine at Whole Foods–8 oz. bag)
•
2 C coconut oil in a small sauce pan (for frying)
•
1 1/2 C pork rinds, processed in a food processor or blender (about 3 oz. of rinds)
•
1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
•
2 T coconut flour
•
Pinch of pepper
•
1/4 tsp. caynenne pepper
•
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
•
1/3 C heavy whipping cream
•
1 egg
