INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
2 T coconut flour
1/3 cup gluten free oat flour
1/4 cup ground flax seed meal
1/4 tsp. xanthan gum
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T avocado oil (or oil of choice)
2 T sweetener (I used Ideal)
1 T lemon juice (or vinegar)
1 T water
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
