3/4 cup canned, commercial salsa, divided
1/3 cup water
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 cup grated, part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped, fresh cilantro
10 8-inch flour tortillas
