3 tablespoons granulated tapioca
1 cup milk
1-1/2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 egg whites, beaten until stiff
