INGREDIENTS
1 Lb Linguine
4 Cloves of Garlic Minced
1/2 Sweet onion diced About 1/2 to 3/4 cup
1 Stalk of Celery Diced About 1/2 to 3/4 cup
1 8 oz Jar Clam Juice or fish stock
1 Small can or jar of anchovy about 10 pieces
1/2 Cup of dry White Wine
2 35 oz cans Whole Plum tomatoes without puree lightly blended pulse 3 or 4 times.
3 Lbs Manila, New Zealand Coxales or Little Necks clams shells well scrubbed
1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley finely chopped
Exrta virgin olive oil
3 Tbs unsalted Butter
