• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp grated fresh ginger root, optional
• 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 6 mahi mahi or tuna steaks (about 1-inch thick)
