INGREDIENTS

Chicken:
•
1 1/2-2lbs chicken breast and/or thighs
•
Half of a lemon’s juice
•
3 garlic cloves
•
1 tablespoon oregano
•
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
•
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon avocado oil or light olive oil
•
Salt and pepper
•
Throw all ingredients, but chicken into food processor and blend well. Use 3/4 of mixture on chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour. Once marinated, dry chicken, and then throw on grill or frying pan until cooked. Chop to bite size pieces and pour

Turmeric rice:
•
1 1/2 cup brown basmati rice
•
2 tablespoons ghee
•
2 1/2 cups chicken bone broth (regular chicken broth works too)
•
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
•
1/4 teaspoon cumin
•
Salt & pepper for taste
