Ingredients: 1 Stick of Butter (melted); or; 1/2 cup Margarine (melted); 1 cup Sugar; 4 Eggs separated; 2 tsp Water; 2 tsp Vanilla or Lemon juice; 1 tsp Lemon Zest*; (*only for lemon flavored cake); 3/4 cup AP Flour; 2 cups Milk tepid; 4 "drops" Vinegar (or 2 tsp Lemon juice)
