•1-1/2 tablespoons butter
•LEMON BUTTERCREAM FROSTING:
•3-3/4 cups powdered sugar
•1/2 cup butter OR margarine, softened
•2 tablespoons lemon juice
•2 tablespoons milk
•1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
•1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
