zest of 2 lemons (no white pith)
6 large egg yolks
2 (14-ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 cup fresh lemon juice ((4-5 lemons strained of seeds and pulp))
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
crushed graham crackers for garnish (optional)
