1 pound large (16-20 count) shrimp, *shelled and deveined (leave the tail on, it looks fancier that way)

3 tablespoons butter
•
2 tablespoons olive oil
•
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
•
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (add more if you like it hot!)
•
½ cup white wine
•
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
•
½ teaspoon fresh lemon zest
•
Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
•
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
•
Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
•
Extra chopped parsley for garnishing
