½ cup sour cream (room temp)
¼ cup buttermilk (room temp)
¼ cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
zest of 2 lemons
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
4 cups powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
3 tablespoons pureed strawberries
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon strawberry extract (optional)
