1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 lemons
2 teaspoons honey or agave nectar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ginger, minced or grated
1/2 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-size segments
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional, for serving)
