Lemon Chicken Romano

1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts, butterflied and pounded thin
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup pecorino romano, grated
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup chicken broth (or white wine)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
