INGREDIENTS
Lassi is a refreshing non-alcoholic Indian drink, ideal to serve with any Indian dinner menu. There are many ways of making it, and you can choose almost any consistency you like, from the thinnest to the thickest. Here's how to make it at home:
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1 1/4 cups cold water
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp salt
4-5 few mint leaves
Blend in a blender for 3 seconds. Serve cold.
