3/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 dry cooking sherry

1/4 hoisin sauce
•
3 teaspoon sambal oelek (red chili paste)
•
1/4 cup sugar
•
2 cloves garlic, minced
•
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
•
2 tablespoons peanut oil
•
2 red bell peppers, julienned
•
2 green onion, cut the white part into 1/2 -inch pieces, julienne the green parts
•
1/4 cup roasted peanuts or cashews
